Please make sure that the students have revised and are well prepared for the lessons |

Students are expected to arrive 5 minutes prior to class commencement, and leave class promptly on time |
| |
敬請家長安排學生在上課前5分鍾前到達課室，並準時接送學生下課 |

Parents are advised to wait outside of the classrooms during lesson conduction |
| |
於上課期間，敬請接送孩子的家長(特別原因除外)請勿在課室內逗留 |

II. Trial Lessons 試堂

III. Payment Terms 學費

Full payment is required for programme reservation
於學位確認必須預繳全數學費，任何情況下均不得分節繳交 |

| 2. |
Payment receipt is available once full payment is completed
繳交全數學費後，本會會給予家長繳交學費通知收據 |
| |
|
| 3. |
Full payment must be received on or before the first lesson, or else HKD100 will be charged for administrative costs
學費必須於每期第一堂或之前繳交，逾期繳交，本會將額外收取港幣100元為行政費用 |

|
| 4. |
No refund will be given upon payments made
所有學費一經繳交，恕不退還

| |
|
| 5. |
Course fees include basic course materials, however we will arrange for notifications should extra fees be involved
學費已包括基本上課物料費，但仍可能按個別課程需要而徵收額外費用，介時會發出通告，敬請留意 |

|
| 6. |
All payments are subject to a maximum group size of 4 students per class
每班小組班只予最多3位學生 |
| |
|
| 7. |
Discount is only applicable at the time of enrolment to specific courses and is subject to change without prior notice
折扣只適用於部份指定課程及條文 |
IV. Lesson Cancellation, Rescheduling & Sick Leave Policy 取消、調堂及病假

1. |
Only one replacement class allowed each month. Should students fail to attend arranged classes, no replacement classes will be made
課程每月只予一次補堂。如學生未能依照安排時間上課，則當缺席，缺席者將不獲安排補課 |

|
2. |
Notification of replacement class must be made at least 7 days in advance, or else no replacement class will be made
學生如需請假，必須預先於最少7日前通知，商討調堂事宜，否則將不予另行安排 |
|
|
3. |
Medical Certificate will be required for sick leave replacement class. Only one replacement class allowed each month. Should students fail to attend arranged classes, no replacement classes will be made
如請病假必須提供醫生證明。課程每月只予一次補堂。如學生未能依照安排時間上課，則當缺席，缺席者將不獲安排補課 |

4. |
Any rescheduling of confirmed lesson will be based on space availability
任何已確認的課堂如需調動，將會視乎當時課堂時間表而定 |

5. |
Partial lessons may be disrupted by public holidays but relevant notices will be informed in due time. Should students fail to attend arranged classes, no replacement classes will be made
部份公眾假期會導致正常上課日期和時間有所調動，詳細情形請留意有關通告，或預先與我們聯絡。如學生未能依照安排時間上課，則當缺席，缺席者將不獲安排補課 |

6. |
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or change any session and teacher arrangements
遇到不可預計的影響下，本會保留一切更改課程編排及導師的權利 |
V. Typhoon and Black Rain Signal 颱風及黑色暴雨警告信號安排
| |
|
1. |
Should typhoon signal No. 8 or black rain signal be hoisted, all arranged lessons will be canceled without any replacements
當8號颱風信號或黑色暴雨警告信號懸掛時，所有課堂將被取消並不設補堂 |
|
|
2. |
Classes will resume three hours after the typhoon signal No. 8 or the black rain signal is canceled
8號颱風信號或黑色暴雨信號取消後，本會將於三小時後復課 |
|
|
3. |
Classes will take place if the amber or red rain signal is hoisted. Parents should judge according to the weather conditions in their area. Should the students decide not to attend the class on the day AND the class has taken place, no replacement class will be rescheduled
當黃色或紅色暴雨警告信號懸掛，課堂將照常進行，家長應自行判斷所在地區的天氣情況；如學生選擇不上課而當時課堂正在進行中，將不設補堂 |
